please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped
✩ pre-orders
if you purchase an item listed as pre-order alongside in-stock items, your order will ship once the pre-ordered items arrive
✩ international shipping prices
the shipping total is calculated by Shopify's USPS calculator at checkout depending on the destination country
✩ do you ship to the UK?
we are currently not shipping to the UK due to VAT, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
✩ tracking
economy shipping for stickers does not include tracking, but all orders ground advantage, priority and international include tracking
an email with the tracking number will be sent to you automatically once your order is shipped (please check your spam folder if you don't see it on your inbox!)
✩ how long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?
please note that due to mail carrier delays it may take longer for your package to arrive! these are approximate delivery times based on previous orders:
♪ puerto rico and united states:
- usps priority mail: from1 to 3 business days
- usps ground advantage: from 2 to 7 business days
- economy: usually 5 business days, but can take up to 15
♪ canada and international: 15 up to 21 business days, but due to carrier delays it may take up to 1 month in some cases
★ STORE POLICY ★
all sales are final, but if your order hasn't been processed for shipment and you want to exchange an item for another please email us at hello@cyberneko.shop to help you! once you receive your order we do not accept returns.
✩ damaged / incorrect items
if any of your items arrives damaged or any item from your order is missing/incorrect send us an email and we can issue a refund or send you a replacement!
✩ package lost in transit / stolen
once your package is shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for any delivery delays by the carrier. please contact your post office to make a missing package claim.
in some cases when a package doesn't make it to their destination it might get returned to us, if that's the case we will contact you so we can resend it or to issue a refund!
